Even Michael Jackson had his limits, as you can see from above. Today I hit my limit with Taaj Malik. This isn't about a war between she and I, it's about the TRUTH versus the LIES surrounding Heal the World Foundation. I'm only going to go back as far as the settlement just to prove a point that Malik has contradicted herself and is spreading (to put it nicely) misinformation about the Heal the World Foundation.The Estate came to a settlement agreement on April 19, 2011. TMZ posted a story stating that the Estate had settled, and that Melissa Johnson would still be on the Board of Directors for HTWF. The Estate countered with a press release.
In this post on her FB page above, Malik claims that fans are circulating a bogus statement from the Estate.FALSE. The Estate's statement was authentic.
In this post above, Malik claims that Branca settled, and intimates she is going out to celebrate. Somehow, Malik takes this to mean that HTWF has now been vindicated, and that is is legitimate.FALSE. Because the settlement agreement is confidential, there is NO POSSIBLE WAY that Malik could know exactly what the terms of the settlement were. If she does, then HTWF BREACHED their confidentiality agreement.
Above Malik claims that she was in court for the Estate v. HTWF settlement, which according to Larry Nimmer is true. Malik states that both sides looked happy and smiling. Malik also states that she knows "for a fact Offers (sic) were made to her prior to the Lawsuit (sic) which (Melissa Johnson) declined." This is the link Malik provided as proof that Melissa Johnson was offered a settlement...click here.
FALSE. First, the link Malik provided mentions that the Estate made an offer and HTWF made a counter-offer. No resolution was made. Therefore, Malik is ASSUMING that the Estate somehow "buckled" under the legitimacy (LOL) of the HTWF, rather than realizing that she is NOT privy to ANY of the court proceedings, as BOTH parties are bound by a confidentiality agreement.
Further, if HTWF was SO legitimate, why would they need to counter-offer? If HTWF had the Estate between a metaphorical rock and a hard place, the Estate would have just upped the price and settled. But THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Therefore, there it's safe to assume that the Estate was in a position to bargain and HTWF was not.
Larry Nimmer and Taaj Malik uploaded a video to youtube on April 22, 2011. At 2:24 Malik states that John Branca has settled...so that alone tells us that Heal the World Foundation is not fake." Really? Just because there was a settlement agreement does not automatically legitimize the Heal the World Foundation. At 2:50, Malik THANKS John Branca for settling, and "for saving US all the time and energy it would have taken to get through the trial." So just what does Malik mean by US? Finally, at 3:11, Malik thanks Branca again for "being a man" and for "admitting that HTWF is Michael's charity". Branca NEVER stated that Melissa Johnson's HTWF was legitimate. Therefore, all of Malik's statements are again, FALSE. (Unlike Malik, Nimmer retracted his statement because I think he realized he made a mistake.)
Moving on to May, 2011, HTWF has now rescinded their part of the settlement agreement.
IF HTWF rescinded, then WHY WHY WHY was Taaj Malik so happy with the original settlement agreement? And why was she celebrating? Why was she THANKING John Branca?
There is only one answer to that question. The reason why is because TAAJ MALIK HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. She is getting third or fourth-hand information and posting it as if she is "in-the-know" when NOTHING could be further from the truth.
Of course, Malik will deny, deny, deny this and I know that she will state that people are so envious of her, so obsessed with her, so wanna-be-her, that this is why I posted this blog. Anyone with a rational mind will know this again is FALSE.

Lastly, a question and a piece of information for Taaj Malik.
My question is, if Melissa Johnson has done nothing wrong, why is the State Attorney General's Office investigating her?? (shown above in screenshot) Could it possibly have something to do with the fact that Johnson DEFRAUDED that office by LYING and stating that she had the authorization to take over the defunct HTWF, when in fact, she had NO such right?
The screenshot above is from the joint exhibit list for both parties on the Estate v. HTWF. Numbers 1-380 are the plaintiffs' exhibits (the Estate) (with 381-1000 reserved for other exhibits). Exhibit #355-356 are twitter tweets by lrush4 and Taaj Malik. Of course, Malik will say that these tweets were used for the defense (HTWF).FALSE. These tweets were used AGAINST HTWF FOR THE PROSECUTION. So the moral of the story here Ms. Malik, is that by continually spreading misinformation to the general public, you ARE confusing the public, just as Melissa Johnson, Howard Mann and Sonia Lowe have done since Michael Jackson's death.

I’d like to thank Justice for her wonderful blog post.
As Justice pointed out one of major misinformation that Taaj had presented that somewhat the settlement agreement showed HTWF’s legitimacy and that it proved it was Michael’s charity. However this is a completely wrong assumption that defies the basics of what settlement means.
Very simply put when you go to trial there’s 50-50 chance that you can win - lose. You put the verdict on the hands of jury/judge. A settlement on the other hand means a certain outcome that you don't have to take the risk of an unfavorable verdict. Anyone with even a bit of legal knowledge would recommend a settlement over a trial because a) it’s a certain / mutually agreed upon/ no risk outcome b) it’s faster c) it’s cheaper and d) it’s confidential. I gave the example of 1993 Settlement between Michael (his insurance) and Chandler. As you all know that settlement wasn’t done because there was any legitimacy to Chandler’s claims or Michael (his insurance) buckled to Chandlers. It simply was due to Michael (his insurance) didn’t want to spend months and months going through a lawsuit and take the risk of 50-50 win- lose. Similarly this settlement shows no legitimacy of Melissa’s claims (nor Estate’s claims for that matter). Most settlements will have “DENIAL OF WRONGDOING” meaning that settlement DOESN'T mean that they are accepting the claims made by the other party.

I am personally more interested in Melissa. We all (including Taaj) didn’t (and still don’t and probably won’t ever) know the settlement details. Perhaps the Board of Directors didn’t know about it either like they claim. But why “loyal to HTWF” Melissa was signing a “irreparably harming settlement for HTWF (as her board of directors call it)” and was all happy and smiles?

In addition to that her “support” videos for HTWF and Mann are also listed in the evidence list AGAINST HTWF. At this moment I like to put our differences aside and post friendly recommendation. Taaj a dispute for your domain name is one thing, seeing your statements/ tweets / videos being listed on evidence lists for a trial is another. Don’t put yourself into a vulnerable position for further possibilities.
Also Taaj I’m not sure if you are correctly separating between hate and disagreeing with misinformation.There’s a huge difference with someone targeting your personal life/work/family and someone who simply says “you are wrong about this subject”.
Also on a semi related note I'd like to take the time to debunk this "Branca supporter" claims with a little history. (Yes I'm a dinosaur that has been actively following Michael and fan community for years :) )
Some people (including Taaj) thinks that fans opposition towards Johnson and Mann started after Michael’s death and after Branca became the executor. Some even claims Branca plays a role in this (by Branca bloggers or paid bloggers) however this is far from reality and any person who have been even remotely active in the fan world before Michael’s death would know this.
Fans had realized in late 2008 that HTWF was resurrected on the internet with a website that listed Michael Jackson as a honorary founding member, this had started questions about connection of this 2008 HTWF to Michael. REAL and LONG- TIME Michael Jackson researchers such as TSCM and LeslieHu using reporting to government agencies reported that Michael’s own charity was stopped operating in 2002 and completely closed in 2004 and that the new charity was just being operated by a fan. Melissa had been posting around forums at that time with "MJKID" username mainly giving none to vague answers to fans questions. So we have been referring to HTWF as fake for quite some time before Michael’s death and return of Branca.(ref: I have access to message archives going back to December 2008 mentioning HTWF as fake. Can post them if needed). Furthermore the same “fake” talk was happening right after Michael’s death when Melissa again refused to explain her connection – if any- to Michael, refused to answer questions about where charity donations go and went around deleting messages / banning people.
Howard Mann / Henrry Vaccaro has ben more widely known among MJ fans. Everyone knows the items Vaccaro got through bankruptcy proceedings and how he tried to make money out of them for years and how Michael sued them multiple times. The most damning event happened during 2005 when Vaccaro started making rounds on TV shows and mentioning the “evidence” he had among the items he owned. Diane Dimond (I assume everyone knows who she is) went into his storage and Vaccaro walked her around telling her about the “skin bleaching" creams and notes written by MJ about "child abuse". He also gave her a used underwear of MJ that she pareded around on TV. She phoned Tom Sneddon and told him to take DNA samples from the item. Henry Vaccaro then willingly in "good faith" offered up MJ's items to Tom Sneddon WITHOUT a warrant for the items. [ref: http://www.sbscpublicaccess.org/docs/ctdocs/021505motretpersnlprp.pdf (pg 13/77) After the items were returned to him he tried to sell MJ’s underwear for a $1,000,000 on Ebay (ref: http://www.singersroom.com/news/2280/Michael-Jacksons-Underwear-and-More-Go-To-Ebay-Auction ) . By the way if you don’t know Howard Mann is a consultant working for Henry Vaccaro by his admittance (ref: check document 23 filed in Mann case page 14/50). See again we have been against Vaccaro and his consultant Mann and his attempts to make money from Michael's items for quite a long time before Michael’s death and before Branca becoming an executor.
So I guess it must be clear as day as we have been calling HTWF fake since 2008 and we were against Vaccaro / Mann especially since 2005 , the claim of our opinions being swayed (or bought) by Branca simply shows how baseless these claims are.

There is no refuting logic and FACT, not fiction, inuendo or twisting words for effect, as so many other bloggers are prone to do. In 2008, really by accident, I picked up on the hijacking of Michael's charity by Johnson, et al. and verified by checking California state sites showing the deceptions. The videos, etc., posted by TM on this subject have been so twisted and convoluted so as to be completely devoid of any truthful elements. This issue of "fake" HTW was known to Michael's supporters prior to his death and the involvement of John Branca as executor, as was the frustration of not being able to do anything about it. Finally, justice on this issue will be served. Let's hope and pray justice in the trial court will also prevail.
And, Ivy, thank you for the part about Vaccaro and his connections to Diane Dimond and Tom Sneddon, also known among those who take the time to research and become informed, unlike the twisted tales of certain imaginative bloggers with too much time on their hands.

I must tell you--from the sidelines equipped with popcorn and a front row seat--watching the theatrics....I have been watching this for some time now and needless to say this has been an ongoing issue. I am clear that there is a need to have access to Michael's fans if you are planning to market products to them. hmm...could Malik's recent attacks have to do with the fact that Deborah Ffrench listed this blog in a recent article as one of the most relevant toward the fight for the vindication of MJ's name, for all the GOOD Justice is doing in honor of MJ? it would be far from the first time Malik has attacked true advocates of MJ. i find it difficult to consider TM as an MJ advocate by any means, based on her activity. she has made a grand effort to collect the most naive and/or willing "MJ" fans for her own support, then manipulate and insulate them toward the purpose of access into the Jackson's circle. none of her activities suggest that she is sincerely or even simply interested in truth where MJ is concerned.
Great blog again. You can never go wrong with the truth...And you also don't have to delete tweets or constantly change your stories. The truth is the truth.

Justice, the new website re lies vs. truth is a rich source of information for those who wish to enlighten themselves on procedural law. Court clerks, both state and federal, do not reject documents out of passion or prejudice. If a document does not meet procedural requirements, that is a basis for rejection. Someone not schooled in legal procedure should, IMO, not be misstating and misinforming Michael's supporters.

@Sandy, Bridgett and Justice, sad to say some distortionist twitterers just have too much time on their idle hands with no real knowledge of legal facts so as to be able to add anything meaningful to the conversation. Personal twits (er tweets) should be dealt with on twitter, not on someone else's blog. Best to ignore her rantings and manipulations. As Bridgett says, time to move past this.
@ June did you listen to Joe Vogel blog talk radio show? He make mention of number of book he read, one was the infamous "the magic and the maddness" by J Randy Taraborrelli,
How many have really read this book?
I think we can dissect this book, I have read the book and find it to be positive and negative, but after reading a few other noted person biography I am seeing thing in a different light, and believed we should read and talk about a few of the books that are out there.
For those who don't have this book I have it in ebook format and can water mark it and post a link with "Blogger's permission" I really believed this would be a good journey for us before the upcoming trails.
Bridgett & June, of course you both are right. Moving on is best. Intelligent, coherent discussion with TM is clearly not possible. She's too wrapped up in herself anyway.
