An Apology from And Justice For Some

Tonight it is quiet. I am sitting in the dark, with only the beam of my monitor to keep me company. Tonight, as I sit alone, my mind is consumed with some of the actions I have taken, and have claimed they are in the name of justice for Michael Jackson.

Originally, I started this blog because I felt there was a lot of information being sent to Jackson fans that was simply untrue. If one was to read one of the first blogs I posted, they would see that their was a lack of emotion to them. This was done purposefully, because my single intent was to get the facts as I saw them, out to the MJ fanbase.

As time moved on, and more blogs were posted, I became friends with many of you. Many of you are my good friends. I have argued incessantly with some of you, but many of those people I respect. For example, MuzikFactory2 and I sit in opposition when it comes to the Estate executors (in particular, John Branca) yet she stood against Howard Mann and FOR the Estate when she felt that Michael's children were being exploited. I cannot tell you how much I respect that. Another example is MJJ777HeTheWo, who I blocked on my Twitter, yet she had the sense to ask to be unblocked. Although we are also in opposition on some issues involving Michael, I now realize how stupid I was to block her. MJJ777HeTheWo, only wants justice for Michael Jackson. In BOTH cases, these individuals were the better person, while I was stuck on stupid, for lack of a better phrase.

Some of you I have fought FOR causes TOGETHER. We have fought to stop the Discovery's autopsy show. We have tried to raise awareness for (the awesome) Joe Vogel's book Man in the Music. We have discussed behind closed doors subjects that we felt we needed to tackle in order for justice for Michael Jackson and to change the face of his legacy.

I have seen others who I was not involved with, accomplish amazing feats for Michael. Michael's name being unveiled at the Gardener Elementary School by Jennifer Marino's group brought me to tears. Charles Thomson's pieces on Michael have been nothing short of enlightening literary pieces that gave me and countless others more inspiration that he could possibly know. Blogs written by Seven, Vindicate MJ, Leslie Hu, Nikki, our new anonymous blogger(s) and others put information out to the public that is absolutely vital and encourage others in the fan base to continue to help promote a positive legacy for Michael Jackson. FB pages like MJ Investigative Research and fan sites like MJJC, MJNA, United4MJLegacy and MJJJusticeProject provide a plethora of information that fans rely on on a daily basis.

All of these people (and others who wish to remain in the background...you know who you are) have been working so diligently in a manner that Michael told us to live by. We use Michael as our example. I try to do the same thing. I try to live by God's word, and by Michael's ethic of compassion and love. However, somewhere along the line, I fell off track.

It's one thing to defend one's self. It's one thing to disprove some of the "facts" (and I use that term loosely...I can't help myself) that some of Michael's "supporters" are putting out there. It's another thing to lose yourself in that fight. And this is what I've done. Instead of keeping Michael Jackson and God in my fight, I lost it in the anger I feel for those who I feel are deliberately misleading the fans.

And so I want to sincerely apologize to those who have witnessed this mess I have created. I want to make it clear that I am in no way stating that I feel I was wrong for stating the facts to disprove some of the actions of some of Michael's so-called supporters. This apology aims at those who I believe ARE trying to make a difference with FACTS that are supported. I am now back on track, and ready to help promote Michael's ethic and legacy in the best way I know how.

Disproving Taaj Malik

Even Michael Jackson had his limits, as you can see from above. Today I hit my limit with Taaj Malik. This isn't about a war between she and I, it's about the TRUTH versus the LIES surrounding Heal the World Foundation. I'm only going to go back as far as the settlement just to prove a point that Malik has contradicted herself and is spreading (to put it nicely) misinformation about the Heal the World Foundation.

The Estate came to a settlement agreement on April 19, 2011. TMZ posted a story stating that the Estate had settled, and that Melissa Johnson would still be on the Board of Directors for HTWF. The Estate countered with a press release.

In this post on her FB page above, Malik claims that fans are circulating a bogus statement from the Estate.

FALSE. The Estate's statement was authentic.

In this post above, Malik claims that Branca settled, and intimates she is going out to celebrate. Somehow, Malik takes this to mean that HTWF has now been vindicated, and that is is legitimate.

FALSE. Because the settlement agreement is confidential, there is NO POSSIBLE WAY that Malik could know exactly what the terms of the settlement were. If she does, then HTWF BREACHED their confidentiality agreement.

Above Malik claims that she was in court for the Estate v. HTWF settlement, which according to Larry Nimmer is true. Malik states that both sides looked happy and smiling. Malik also states that she knows "for a fact Offers (sic) were made to her prior to the Lawsuit (sic) which (Melissa Johnson) declined." This is the link Malik provided as proof that Melissa Johnson was offered a settlement...click here.

FALSE. First, the link Malik provided mentions that the Estate made an offer and HTWF made a counter-offer. No resolution was made. Therefore, Malik is ASSUMING that the Estate somehow "buckled" under the legitimacy (LOL) of the HTWF, rather than realizing that she is NOT privy to ANY of the court proceedings, as BOTH parties are bound by a confidentiality agreement.

Further, if HTWF was SO legitimate, why would they need to counter-offer? If HTWF had the Estate between a metaphorical rock and a hard place, the Estate would have just upped the price and settled. But THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Therefore, there it's safe to assume that the Estate was in a position to bargain and HTWF was not.

Larry Nimmer and Taaj Malik uploaded a video to youtube on April 22, 2011. At 2:24 Malik states that John Branca has settled...so that alone tells us that Heal the World Foundation is not fake." Really? Just because there was a settlement agreement does not automatically legitimize the Heal the World Foundation. At 2:50, Malik THANKS John Branca for settling, and "for saving US all the time and energy it would have taken to get through the trial." So just what does Malik mean by US? Finally, at 3:11, Malik thanks Branca again for "being a man" and for "admitting that HTWF is Michael's charity". Branca NEVER stated that Melissa Johnson's HTWF was legitimate. Therefore, all of Malik's statements are again, FALSE. (Unlike Malik, Nimmer retracted his statement because I think he realized he made a mistake.)

Moving on to May, 2011, HTWF has now rescinded their part of the settlement agreement.

IF HTWF rescinded, then WHY WHY WHY was Taaj Malik so happy with the original settlement agreement? And why was she celebrating? Why was she THANKING John Branca?

There is only one answer to that question. The reason why is because TAAJ MALIK HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. She is getting third or fourth-hand information and posting it as if she is "in-the-know" when NOTHING could be further from the truth.

Of course, Malik will deny, deny, deny this and I know that she will state that people are so envious of her, so obsessed with her, so wanna-be-her, that this is why I posted this blog. Anyone with a rational mind will know this again is FALSE.

_____________________________________________________________

Lastly, a question and a piece of information for Taaj Malik.

My question is, if Melissa Johnson has done nothing wrong, why is the State Attorney General's Office investigating her?? (shown above in screenshot) Could it possibly have something to do with the fact that Johnson DEFRAUDED that office by LYING and stating that she had the authorization to take over the defunct HTWF, when in fact, she had NO such right?

The screenshot above is from the joint exhibit list for both parties on the Estate v. HTWF. Numbers 1-380 are the plaintiffs' exhibits (the Estate) (with 381-1000 reserved for other exhibits). Exhibit #355-356 are twitter tweets by lrush4 and Taaj Malik. Of course, Malik will say that these tweets were used for the defense (HTWF).

FALSE. These tweets were used AGAINST HTWF FOR THE PROSECUTION. So the moral of the story here Ms. Malik, is that by continually spreading misinformation to the general public, you ARE confusing the public, just as Melissa Johnson, Howard Mann and Sonia Lowe have done since Michael Jackson's death.

Taaj Malik HELPED John Branca by showing that her tweets were confusing the public. Irony at its best.

Howard Mann's Antics

A few days ago, someone sent me a link to a blog I never read anymore. Frankly, the posts ramble and are nonsensical. When I received the link, I rolled my eyes, but since I was urged to read it, I felt compelled to do so. To my surprise, amidst the vapid commentary and the ceaseless paranoia over Sony and/or Branca infiltration into all things Michael Jackson, was an interesting item.

The item was the correspondence this blogger received from Sonia Lowe, who is Howard Mann's partner in Vintage Pop Media. As most of you know, Vintage Pop Media has partnered with Katherine Jackson on several projects, one of which was Katherine's book Never Can Say Goodbye. Vintage Pop Media also partnered with Melissa Johnson for the FAKE, yes I said it, FAKE Heal the World Foundation, until the Michael Jackson Estate stepped in to legitimize it. Because Melissa Johnson owned the trademark Heal the World Foundation name, the Estate settled with Johnson. The Estate probably PAID Melissa Johnson for her trademark name, and now the Estate owns all the trademarks and Johnson will never be able to use them again.

Just so we're clear here, neither Howard Mann, Sonia Lowe nor Melissa Johnson are decent people who want to help Katherine Jackson. They are manipulative, exploitative individuals who wanted nothing more than to profit from the death of Michael Jackson. They took advantage of an elderly woman in an extreme time of grief. Melissa Johnson can no longer profit from Jackson, but it would seem as if Howard Mann and Sonia Lowe continue to defy logic and the law by pushing the envelope of morality, ethics and a certain jail stint if they do not stop.

Back to the blogger....apparently she received an email from Sonia Lowe in March, 2011. Ms. Lowe stated she had some questions for the blogger regarding Sony and Tommy Mottola and the death of Michael Jackson. The blogger stated "she was not granting any official interviews" (LMAO!) but would answer a few questions.

The blogger then states that she emailed Ms. Lowe some information regarding "confidential documents" from a certain blogger on FAKE Heal the World Foundation and Melissa Johnson. I would assume that this blogger is yours truly, but cannot be sure. (Pssst...hey blogger! The documents are not confidential...they are available to the public for a fee. Perhaps you should hone your "investigative research" skills a little more before you make ridiculous claims.)

The blogger states that then Ms. Lowe questioned her about a possible connection between John Branca and the Chandler/Arviso allegations against Michael Jackson. As usual, the blogger took this to mean that Lowe was somehow out to PROTECT Branca, when in reality, was Lowe was doing was looking for an avenue to try to oust John Branca from his position as executor of the Michael Jackson Estate.
The point of this blog was to let Howard Mann and Sonia Lowe know that Michael Jackson fans are NOT STUPID. We know who and what you are, and that neither of you have ANY INTEREST in the legacy of Michael, nor do you have an interest in the well-being of Katherine Jackson or Michael's children. So we are clear Mr. Mann, fans have protested against you on GLOBAL SCALE, and we will continue to do so.

John Branca has nothing to do with either the Chandler or the Arviso allegations. If I were to investigate, the FIRST person I would start with is Dieter Wiesner, and then move on to Mark Schaffel and Ronald Konitzer. But Mr. Mann isn't really interested in a conspiracy against Michael Jackson that resulted in allegations that nearly ruined him, is he?

NO. Howard Mann is interested in controlling the Michael Jackson Estate because of its earning power. He is no more interested in the truth surrounding Michael Jackson than Diane Dimond is.
Lastly, the blogger stated that Sitrick, a PR firm, was hired by the Estate because bloggers had "tarnished" John Branca's reputation. This is unequivocally false. This press release, dated July 1, 2009, states that from the very beginning, Sitrick and Company was hired to serve as communications counsel and would handle all media inquires regarding the Michael Jackson Estate.

LOL, blogger, as stated before, you might want to get your facts straight before you post misinformation, before you get a few more cease and desist letter like the one Taymoor Marmarchi sent you. And by the way, a cease and desist letter, CAN be emailed and considered served.

Conrad Murray Defense: Desperate Times Call For Desperate Measures

In the past few days, Conrad Murray's defense team has thrown out yet again another impossible and implausible distraction to avoid culpability in the death of Michael Jackson. The defense team has now called Dr. David Adams from Las Vegas, Nevada as a (forced) witness for the defense.

Before we get to Dr. Adams, let's take a stroll down memory lane as we revisit the two central defense theories Dr. Conrad Murray has tried to enter into evidence.

1. Michael Jackson drank a box juice that was laced with propofol in a desperate attempt to battle insomnia.

Prosecution brought in medical expert that state it was "categorically...not possible Michael Jackson orally ingested the fatal dose of propofol, based on the science."

2. Jackson self-injected propofol while Dr. Murray was out of the room to battle insomnia.

L.A. County Coroner stated in preliminary that it would have been very difficult for Jackson to self-administer, due to the positioning of the IV. Coroner Christopher Rogers also added that even if Jackson did self-inject (or orally ingest) that Murray's care of Jackson was substandard and still would be considered a homicide.

Enter the newest scapegoat in the defense theory; that of Dr. David Adams, an anesthesiologist out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Adams has been called as a witness for the defense, albeit "hostile" because the anesthesiologist administered propofol four times to Jackson in 2008 during some dental procedures.

Clearly, Ed Chernoff, lead defense attorney, has been considering calling Dr. Adams for many months. Radar Online quotes an inside source in March of 2010 claiming that "Dr. Adams is clearly relevant, you have a last doctor standing with Dr. Murray, and he wasn't the first person to give Michael Jackson propofol." So let's consider that statement. Is Murray the last man standing in a line of propofol administrators such as Adams?

First, in August of 2009, Dr. Adams' attorney stated that Dr. Adams readily admitted he administered propofol four times in 2008 for dental procedures. The attorney also stated that Murray's statements made about Dr. Adams, which were revealed when a search warrant was publicized, were either inaccurate or completely false. "Murray told investigators that in March or April (2009) he witnessed Dr. David Adams administer the same drug to Jackson in a cosmetology office, according to the L.A. Times." Adams categorically denies this, but does admit he had a meeting with Murray in Las Vegas at Adams' office. Adams declines to tell exactly what transpired at his office but adamantly maintains that he did not give Jackson propofol at that meeting.

Adams' attorney states that since 2003, the anesthesiologist has administered propofol over 6,000 times, and all of them have woke up. Adams maintains that a surgical dentist from Las Vegas contacted him and that Jackson was having extensive dental work done. He admits to giving Jackson propofol four times for the dental work.

When we take a look at the autopsy report, on page 7 there is a list of dental work that Jackson had done. It states that Jackson had two endosseal implants on teeth #'s 18 and 19 (back bottom left molars), a root canal on #13, metallic/ceramic restoration on the lower right quadrant, and multiple all-ceramic restorations on the maxillary teeth.

Of course, I cannot say with any amount of certainty just when this dental work was done. However, this site states that ceramic restoration (of which Jackson had one on the lower right quadrant, and multiple on the maxillary teeth) normally require 2 appointments and 2 injections of anesthesia. Jackson also had two dental implants done, and this could have called for general anesthesia, if he was as afraid of the dentist as I am.

When we take a look at the difference between Dr. Adams and Dr. Murray there are vast differences in the standard of care given to Michael Jackson.

1. Adams was called in by a dentist to administer propofol in a medical setting. Dr. Murray administered propofol for insomnia (substandard care) in a home setting.

2. Adams is a licensed anesthesiologist, Murray is a cardiologist.

3. Adams administered propofol four times in Jackson's lifetime, Murray admitted to administering propofol over 60 times.

4. Adams never left his patient unmonitored, while Murray admitted to leaving Jackson unattended and unmonitored.

5. Under Adams' administration of propofol, Michael Jackson woke up. Under Murray's, Michael Jackson died.

Therefore, I submit to you that calling Dr. David Adams as a witness for the defense will only further the fact that Murray's care was negligent and resulted in homicide. No matter what defense theory Murray conjures up, he cannot hide from the truth.

The truth is, that Conrad Murray killed Michael Jackson because he was too busy on the phone womanizing with multiple individuals and left his patient unmonitored and unattended. And that, my friends, is the equivalent in the state of California, of involuntary manslaughter.

Michael Jackson: I Was the Last Person Ryan Listened To

Tonight I sit alone in the dark with only the beam of my monitor to keep me company. Often, once darkness falls and the house is quiet, my thoughts center around Michael Jackson. As I do in times where my sorrow and grief engulf my emotions, I look for comfort and solace in Michael's music. Scrolling through Youtube, one of my most favorite and memorable performances by Michael was his "Gone Too Soon" performance at the 1992 Clinton Inauguration Celebration in 1992.

As I was listening to Michael sing this beautiful song that he sang after Ryan White's death in his memory, I remembered a CBS article that Ryan's mother gave after Jackson's own death. I'm not going to give a detailed history of Ryan White or his relationship with Jackson, other than to say when Ryan was diagnosed with AIDS, he was shunned from his own community. We have to remember that in that time period, EVERYONE was terrified of AIDS. Ryan was barred from his school and his community rejected him. But not Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson befriended the young Ryan White, and advocated for him and for AIDS research for the rest of his life.

(You can read more about Ryan's story in his own words here.)

After Michael died, Ryan's mother gave an interview to CBS, see the link above. Mrs. White-Ginder stated that both she and Ryan were invited to Neverland many times in Ryan's short life. Ginder-White stated that although cameras were not normally allowed at Jackson's ranch, Michael arranged for Ryan to have his own camera and take pictures freely there. Ginder-White added that she felt Michael was "amazed" with Ryan, because Ryan did not want anyone to feel sorry for him, nor did he blame anyone for his disease. She also added that she had no reservations letting Ryan stay at Neverland, with or without her.

"He didn't care what race you were, what color you were, what your handicap was, what was your disease....Michael just loved all children."

White-Ginder stated that Jackson had given Ryan a red Mustang for his 18th birthday. The Mustang was at Ryan's funeral, that Michael Jackson attended (along with Ryan's good friend Elton John.) Michael started the car at the funeral, and Man in the Mirror was playing in the CD player.

Ryan's mom stated that "the little things made Michael so happy. You could see it in his eyes. He was smiling from ear to ear and he said, 'I was the last person that Ryan listened to.' And I said yes, because Ryan listened to Man in the Mirror over and over and over again."

3 days after Ryan died, Michael Jackson called Mrs. White-Ginder because he had promised that Ryan could be in his next video, but Ryan died. Michael Jackson made the video in honor of Ryan White, who was gone too soon, dying at the tender age of 18. ___________________________________________________________________

This is why so many advocate for the legacy of Michael Jackson. We know that the media conspired against him along with many others and that he did not see total vindication in his lifetime. Yet his children and his family, his friends and his fans ARE still here on earth, and so we continue to campaign against the tabloid trash that still continues to exploit him.

We must remember what Michael's base message was...and that was to love one another, even if we are considered to be "different". With that, we cannot continue to attack one another, but LEARN from our differences. We all want justice. We all want vindication. We all want to see Michael's legacy changed in the eye of the majority of the public. We must stand as one on the most important aspects of Michael Jackson's legacy. We cannot ever lose sight that at the core, it's all for L.O.V.E.

Michael Jackson: Cause of Death: Acute Propofol Intoxication

Today News of the World released what we knew would happen; an article that continues to drag Michael Jackson's name through the mud, even nearly two years after his death. As the world watches, the Conrad Murray defense team has thrown many defense theories out in an attempt to taint the jury pool. Apparently, News of the World published this article but then decided to charge to read it. MJNA was kind enough to post it so others would not have to pay. The original article can be read here. I'm going to go through each statement NOTW made, and then expose their sensationalistic tactic for blatant lies.

NOTW claims that the Murray defense team will use testimony and evidence gained in the Michael Jackson '05 child allegation trial to bolster their defense. (Sidenote: This is exactly why MJ fans protested when Nareg Gourjian was admitted onto the defense team. For those who do not know, Gourjian served as defense counsel for Jackson, under the supervision of Mark Geragos. Therefore most MJ fans felt that this was a conflict of interest, however Judge Pastor disagreed and admitted him to the Conrad Murray defense.) Among those testimonies and evidence NOTW claims will be used are:

1. "toxicologists reported traces of cocaine, along with a cocktail of other drugs, were found in two pairs of (Jackson's) Calvin Klein briefs when Neverland was raided 8 years ago. ...The Santa Barbara County Sheriff document also reveals traces of Demerol, sleeping aid...powerful headache drug...and morphine substitute in (Jackson's) pants. Tiny amounts of blood were found, believed to be the result of a Demerol jab in his groin."

Rebuttal: What NOTW failed to mention is that the cocaine found on the outside of the underwear was scant at the very best. They also did not state that although small amounts of cocaine were found on the outside of the underwear, no cocaine was found in Jackson's blood.

As you can see by the court document above, there is no mention of any other drug than cocaine mentioned on the suspicious underwear. The drops of blood are explained by Messereau as being a side effect of Jackson's vitiligo medication. Just exactly how the cocaine wound up on the underwear is unknown, but what is known is that Michael Jackson had no traces of cocaine in his blood, therefore showing that Jackson did not use cocaine.

2. NOTW states that Murray claims that Jackson started orally ingesting propofol because the doctor refused to hook him up to an IV and administer it to him. We've of course heard this theory before.

Rebuttal: This article [0005] states that "oral administration of propofol has not been considered therapeutically effective." In plain English, propofol does not have the same effect when taken orally in that only 5% of the drug is absorbed into the body, therefore it is medically impossible to overdose on propofol through oral ingestion.

3. NOTW states that former bodyguard (and L.A. Sheriff) Michael Laperruque made statements to the Santa Barbara Sheriff that Jackson was self-injecting Demerol in 2003-2004. (This is why Steve Robel of SB County Sheriff has been called as a defense witness.)

Rebuttal: When doing a google search on Laperruque, it seems the source of this story was TMZ. However, even if Laperruque did make this statement, he also had some other statements to make about Jackson. In an ABC article in the days after Jackson's death, Laperruque stated that "I always saw what they were eating and it was always healthy--chicken, brown rice, vegetables. He was always eating healthy." In 2004, Laperruque told Roger Friedman that "Michael Jackson is the most down to earth person I've ever met." Is it just me, or is this in direct opposition to a demerol addict? The image of a guy that is self-injecting demerol uncontrollably, yet continues to eat healthy and is completely down to earth, just doesn't bode well with me.

4. Last point: NOTW states that "Dr. Raj Kumar, Beverly Hills pharmacist, said: 'Jackson was a serial drug addict. There was no way for Murray to control his patient. He could easily argue he had no idea he was taking such large volumes of drugs."

Rebuttal: I looked up Dr. Raj Kumar in the pharmacist lookup on the California State Board of Pharmacy website. I could not find a Dr. Raj Kumar under registered pharmacists. I could find one under Pharmacy Technicians, but when I went to take the screenshot, the site was down for maintenance. You can try it for yourself and if you find him, please let me know. I also did a google search for a Dr. Raj Kumar, from Beverly Hills, with no results. So just who is this Dr. Raj Kumar?
____________________________________________________________________
The bottom line here is that not one statement from NOTW is even relevant to the Murray trial. Michael Jackson's autopsy report clearly states that the cause of death is homicide, by acute propofol intoxication with a benzodiazapine effect. There was no demerol found in Jackson's system at the time of death. There were no illegal drugs found in Jackson's body either. What was found was a lethal amount of propofol and other respiratory depressants that Murray admitted he administered.

Murray also admitted he administered benzodiapines, then adminstered an anesthetic in a home setting without proper monitoring equipment and left Jackson unattended.

These factors and these factors only, are what is relevant in the Murray trial, and that, Michael Jackson fans, is the equivalent of criminal negligence and a surefire involuntary manslaughter conviction. It is only a matter of time before Murray is convicted and we are one step closer to justice for Michael Jackson.
